OMG! YUMMY! A new Natural and Super Fruits and Vegetables Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe I so want to make at least 4 – 8 times a months. Why not 4 times a week? The number one reason is because I need it badly for my health issues. Second reason is because, after trying out the original recipe with a few variations, I realized how each ingredient were very beneficial to the human body.

- 1 1/2 cups Spring Greens or mixed greens
Ingredients list needed to make up the 50% fruits
- 1 nectarine
- 1/4 of lime with rind
- 1/4 of lemon with rind
- 1/4 of grapefruit with rind
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- fresh ginger optional
- honey optional
- To make the recipe, you need 50% of leafy greens and 50% fruits.
- Wash the ingredients very well and do not peel off the skin of the fruits
- Top with water to Max Line & extract in juicer (if using Nutri Bullet) or add 1/2 to 1 cup water.
- Add all ingredients to vegetable juicer. Gently stir juice and consume immediately.
