What this juice recipes contains and how to make it

You probably have most of the items in your kitchen. Spring greens, lime, lemon, lemon, grapefruit, flax seeds, turmeric are ingredients from the original recipe I found in my NutriBullet Blender user guide and recipe book. I made a few changes that I think are very good. I added honey and fresh ginger. The honey gave the juice the sweetness it needed from the sour taste of the rinds of the lemon, lime and grapefruit. The ginger kind of subdued the bitterness of the rinds. Also, I usually have ground flax seeds instead of flax seeds to make it easier when needed.
