Juicing is a healthy habit.

If you are into healthy eating, you won’t mind juicing a few fruits and vegetables. With juicing, you gain more nutrients than if your vegetables were cooked. I juice several times during the week because it is the easiest way for me to consume my daily vegetables and fruit requirement. And frankly, it beats eating a lousy breakfast every morning.
