  • 1 lb fresh salmon filet
  • 1 tablespoon Noubess Seafood Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Noubess Hot and Spicy Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 1 medium onion 1 cup finely diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Panko – Japanese Style crumbs, preferred
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley


  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and Noubess Seafood Seasoning. Brush this mixture onto the skin-side of the salmon fillet.
  • Bake the Salmon: Bake the seasoned salmon skin-side down for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
