How to Make Broccoli with Spicy Anchovies Sauce
This broccoli side dish is as easy as boiling water.
- Cut the broccoli florets to bit size for faster cooking.
- In a pan large enough to hold the florets into one layer, make the sauce.
- Add the oil, garlic, Noubess Original Hot Sauce, and anchovies. Cook stirring on low heat until the anchovies fillets are almost dissolved.
- Add onion and broccoli florets. Toss to coat the florets with the sauce. Cover for 2 – 3 minutes, stir and remove from heat and serve.

- On a chopping board, cut the florets from the broccoli, then cut or break them into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large kitchen utility bowl to wash. (add 1 – 2 teaspoon white vinegar in the water). Drain well.
