- 1 medium Yellow Tomato diced small

- 1 small Red Onion diced small
- 1/2 tablespoon Champagne Vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 large Garlic Clove minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped finely
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp Noubess Hot Sauce
- French Baguette preferably
