- Canned Tuna Fish: I prefer Albacore wild chunk style tuna. It comes in small pieces and has a creamier texture,, and best for salads. It can be purchased online, at Amazon, or at your local supermarket. Choose any brand you prefer.
- Red Onion: a flavorful onion that adds lost of zest to any sandwiches. You can also substitute it with shallots.
- Lemon Juice: always best to use fresh lemons. The taste and freshness of produce is very distinctive in salads.
