Ingredients for the Grape Juice recipe
- Seedless grapes: you can choose red or green grapes and make sure they are seedless. They will be much better to blend or juice.
- Radish: I use regular red radishes. Feel free to use other types of radishes.
- Celery: sticks and leaves; it doesn’t matter.
- Ginger: always use fresh ginger when juicing.
- Lemon: the juice of one lemon is enough for 1 – 2 people.
- Water: if you use a blender, you will need to add water.
- Sugar/honey, optional: I prefer not adding any sweeteners because, most of the time, the grapes are very sweet.
- Salt is optional: for more flavoring.
How to make the Grape Juice recipe
There are two methods: 1) Using a juicer and 2) Using a blender
Method 1: If you use a juicer, you will have to adjust the amount of the ingredients depending on the amount of juice you want. The beverage will be stronger because you will not add any water.
If using a juicer, rinse and dry your produce. For the lemon, remove the wind and the white part completely. Prep your juicer. Turn your machine on and run all the ingredients through the juicer. Use your pusher as needed to push the ingredients through the tube.
Method 2: When using a blender to make juice, you need to add a liquid, and it is usually water. The water will help the fruits to break down into a smooth liquid. Make sure you rinse and dry your produce before blending.
Prep your ingredients.
- Wash the grapes very well, blot them dry with paper towels and add them to the blender.
- Wash the celery stalk, cut it into 2-inch sticks, and add to the blender.
- Juice the lemon, and add the liquid to the blender.
- Wash the radishes and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Wash the ginger and remove the skin. Chop into smaller pieces before adding to the blender
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. You may want to strain or not strain the beverage. Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
