Hot and Spicy Pineapple is a quick and simple recipe to help add exotic flavors and spices to your barbeque, roasted or grilled poultry or meat dishes. It is the perfect blend of sweet, tangy and spicy ingredients. An all in one recipe that can be served as a salad, or a condiment.

The recipe
Fresh pineapple, garlic, ground black pepper, shallots, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Noubess BBQ Seasoning and Noubess Hot and Spicy Pineapple Sauce to replace the usual hot pepper are in the recipe. You can use habanero or Scotch bonnet pepper, but we prefer using Noubess hot and spicy condiments for flavoring. Habanero and Scotch Bonnet peppers are expensive and Noubess if the perfect solution. And by the say, hot peppers do not last long, but a jar of Noubess will.

If you choose to add Scotch bonnet or habanero, remember to slice the pepper very thin. No one wants to eat huge chunks of hot peppers.
Noubess BBQ Seasoning is a very unique spice. Although the spice is suggested mostly for grilling and roasting, adding it to other dishes should not feel weird. Spices are spices. And if they elevate the flavors of other dishes, why not use them.
Be a little adventureuous with your food
If you are an adventurer and love trying new things, how about some ice cream? I was craving ice cream and yes, I did. I added some of the Hot and Spicy Pineapple as a topping for my vanilla ice cream.
What a delight! It was sweet, juicy, peppery and tasty. An abundance of flavor with each scoop.

No more wasting food
Fresh pineapple is excellent for this recipe. you can use half of a whole pineapple and juice the rest. Or you can freeze the rest of the pineapple for later use.
