How do you Hot and Spicy Shrimp Pizza with Arugula?
Any type of pizza should always start with a good crust. If you want to make your own dough, you can try our preferred pizza dough recipe from Bobby Flay.
For this recipe, I chose to use store-bought to show how easy and quick you can prepare a delicious pizza. First is to let the pre-made dough rise at least 30 minutes and up to 3 hours to rise, outside of the refrigerator.

When ready, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Stretch the dough on a prepared flour surface to the desired shape and thickness. Transfer the dough to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and a light drizzle of olive oil. Bake the dough for 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees in the middle rack of the oven.
While the pizza is in the oven, prepare your toppings. Season the deveined and cleaned shrimp with the Noubess hot sauce. Chopped the roasted bell peppers and set aside.
Remove the dough from the oven and first spread the pesto, add the shrimp, roasted bell peppers and half of the Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with arugula and more Parmesan cheese and serve.

Pizza topping ideas
Cheese: mozzarella, fontina, and cheddar are popular melting cheeses. The pesto has a pungent taste. If you want to add blue cheese, just remember that the taste may be too overpowering.
Vegetables: spinach, brined artichokes, cherry tomatoes are great additions to this pizza.
