Mahi-Mahi with Garlic Chips (with video)

A Mahi-Mahi recipe -Thin slices of garlic cooked in olive oil and Noubess Fish and Seafood Seasoning add a tantalizing taste to this dish. Fish fillets seasoned and cooked with flavored olive oil and topped with garlic chips for a crunchy and tangy flavor.

Mahi-mahi is a firm flesh fish that needs strong and aromatic herbs and spices and should not be over-cooked as it tends to dry out. Also called Dorado or the dolphin fish in English, it is pretty versatile to cook. Don’t worry! It has no relation to a dolphin.

Although there are many ways to cook from flesh fish, like my delicious Swordfish Salad, this recipe is easy as 1-2-3. It only takes 20 minutes to cook, and the fish is tender and flavorsome.
