  • 3/4 cups Lima Beans frozen and thawed
  • 2 – 3 dashes Black Lava Sea Salt or regular sea salt
  • dash of Crushed Hot Pepper Flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 – 2 tablespoon Water


  • Prep the Shrimp: Clean and devein the shrimp, removing the shells and veins. Rinse them with cold water mixed with a splash of lime, lemon, or vinegar, then rinse again with cold water and pat dry.
  • Cook the Aromatics: Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, shallots, and chives, and cook until fragrant for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the Beans and Seasonings: Stir in the thawed lima beans, black lava sea salt (or regular sea salt), crushed hot pepper flakes, and black pepper. Cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
