A Simple Quinoa Recipe

This Simple Quinoa Recipe uses minimal spices for a delicious taste! I am bringing you a simple way to cook quinoa (KEEN-wah) effortlessly. This recipe just happened by accident.
It was an accident because I was lazy. There are many simple recipes but this one I think won my heart. To tell you, the part about me being lazy, well, this is what happened.
I always buy olive oil by the gallon and always fight with myself when I have to transfer a little bit of oil at a time to my oil dispenser. Oil dispensers, as you might know, make you look more organized in your kitchen. It is also a convenient tool to have when you buy oils by the gallon. And let’s not forget that it does add to the décor of your kitchen.
How I made this simple quinoa recipe
For this recipe, I use Grapeseed Oil instead of olive oil. I don’t use Grapeseed Oil in everything just because it is very expensive and it is best to use when necessary.
I let the grains fry in oil before adding my broth. I decided to add Noubess Garlic and Herbs Seasoning to the Quinoa while it was frying in the Grapeseed Oil. After a few minutes, I added fresh ground black pepper and the recommended liquid amount. I had a side dish ready in minutes to eat with my meat stew.

By the way, Noubess Garlic and Herbs Seasoning is a great cooking spice for all types of grains and vegetables.

I WAS ASTONISHED! I know I am not supposed to write in caps because it means that I am yelling. But I am not. Those are words of joy. I have found a new Simply Quinoa recipe that I am fond of. Who would have known that being lazy sometimes pays? LOL
The nutty flavor mixed with the dried spices and the oil was beautiful! Don’t try to break the bank with Grapeseed Oil; buy a small bottle and try my Simply Quinoa recipe. There are no excuses not to eat healthier.
Enjoy!
