Fruits, are you making the right choices?

Would you eat more fruits in the morning if someone offered you a beautiful fruit platter or a bowl full of delicious and juicy fruits?

I bet you would! Most of us would love to be served. I get it. Peeling and cutting fruits is tedious, annoying and time-consuming. But what about our health? Why would you want to exclude fruits from your diet because of laziness? Does it make sense?

Fruits are everywhere and in abundance. All you have to do is reach, grab, wash and eat. In the morning try to incorporate at least one fruit with your breakfast. If you love snacking, choose fruits instead of junk food. Your body will thank you later.
