You can also make it with fresh corn, but cooking time will be longer. Also, make sure you use a good brand of butter.

- 2 cups yellow corn frozen and thawed
- 2 cups white corn frozen and thawed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a large skillet add oil and butter. Under low to medium heat, cook butter in oil for 1 minute until completely dissolve. Add onion and garlic. Cook while stirring 1 - 2 minutes. Add yellow and white corn, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir continuously until both yellow and white corn are cooked but still crunchy. Serve hot.
