Tricolor Tomatoes and Feta Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- 2 pints of tricolor tomatoes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 6 large mint leaves sliced thin
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash tomatoes and cut in half each tomato and transfer to bowl. Add fried feta cheese, mint leaves and black pepper. Gently stir and let all flavors come together for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
