Four ingredients Baked Salmon Steaks, a simple and quick dinner

Four ingredients salmon steaks, prepared with every day spices, a perfect and quick dinner for the whole family that can be served with any side dishes.

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fig vinegar or vinegar or your choice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Mrs. Dash Original Blend
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce low sodium brand
  • Four 8-ounce wild salmon steaks cut 1 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce of your choice


  • In a large, shallow dish, whisk oil, vinegar, Mrs. Dash, oyster sauce and hot sauce. Add the salmon steaks and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning the salmon a few times.
  • Preheat the oven to 415 degrees. Prepare a roasting pan just large enough to fit the salmon, by using butter or Pam spray. Place the salmon steaks on the baking dish and place it in the oven.
  • Roast 7 -12 minutes depending on the thickness of the steaks and the degree of doneness you prefer.
  • Serve hot.


You can also buy whole salmon to make this recipe. Adjust seasoning.
