Tasty Pan-Roasted Yellow and White Corn

  • 2 cups yellow corn frozen and thawed
  • 2 cups white corn frozen and thawed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • In a large skillet add oil and butter. Under low to medium heat, cook butter in oil for 1 minute until completely dissolve. Add onion and garlic. Cook while stirring 1 - 2 minutes. Add yellow and white corn, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir continuously until both yellow and white corn are cooked but still crunchy. Serve hot.


You can also use fresh corn, but cooking time will be much longer.
