Pear and Lemonade Frappe, a refreshing, simple, easy to make drink and that is full of vitamins and with a hint of fresh ginger.

1cupfresh squeezed lemonadesweetened
Fresh ginger1 inch piece
Honey or other sweetener if preferredoptional
Wash and peel pear, remove pips and place in a blender or juicer. Add lemonade, peeled ginger, ice and honey if using. Blend or juice until smooth. Pour in glass and serve immediately.
Use pears that are ripe but a bit firm to the touch. Use fresh lemonade.
