Avocado and Apple Salad

A simple, beautiful, colorful and tasty salad made with avocado, apples, peppers, and cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado sliced in cubes
  • 2 apples core removed and cubes
  • 2 mini sweet red peppers seeds removed and sliced
  • 2 mini sweet yellow or orange peppers seeds removed and sliced
  • 1 hand full dried cranberries
  • Fresh Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

Adding a few drops of lemon/lime juice will bring out the flavors of the ingredients more. Lemon juice helps avocado and apple from turning brown.
