  • 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup or 8 oz bag Green Beans ends trimmed, cut in 1 - 2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushroom sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper julienned
  • 1 small Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  • In a frying pan, add grapeseed oil. Add garlic and string beans. Cook for about 3- 4 minutes until beans are cooked but still crispy. Add mushroom, parsley, bell pepper, onion and soy sauce. Cook for another 3 - 4 minutes and add black pepper. Stir to blend. Additional seasoning to taste. Serve immediately. Note: Sauteed Green Beans with Shiitake Mushroom can be made with French cut beans as well.
