  • 12 oz. Fresh Mustard Greens washed and shredded
  • 1 ½ cup Papaya diced
  • 1 scallion chopped finely
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salad dressing of your choice


  • In a large bowl add mustard greens, papaya, scallion, salt and pepper and toss. Add the salad dressing of your choice and serve immediately.


Raspberry vinaigrette goes well with this salad.
