  • 1 large ripe pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar to taste, optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove the pineapple skin and cut in half to remove core. Cut in chunks and place in blender with the remaining ingredient.
  • Blend then strain.
  • Serve cold, preferably.
