  • 1 whole Turkey between 10-12 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons Noubess Hot Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons poultry green seasoning or regular mixed seasoning https://www.caribbeangreenliving.com/herbs-and-spices-blend-for-poultry/
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 large sprig of Rosemary leaves
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Parsley bunch
  • Celery stalks
  • Carrots


  • Clean the turkey as you normally would. Pat dry and place in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, green seasoning, olive oil, mustard, and salt.
  • Season the turkey inside and out and under the skin if you can. Stuff the turkey cavity with lemon sliced rosemary and parsley.
  • Place the celery stalks and carrots into the bottom of the crockpot or slow cooker
  • Now place the turkey in the slow cooker.
  • Set the slow cooker on low, and cover with the lid.
  • Cook for 8 - 8 1/2 hours or 4 hours on high. After 2 hours and 30 minutes on high, periodically check the turkey. The temperature of crockpot and slow cooker are different.
  • Serve and enjoy the most juiciest turkey ever!
