  • Clean and cut the wings to separate the wingettes from the drumettes. Pat dry.
  • Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil sheet(s). Place an oven-safe cooling rack on top of the prepared baking sheet and spray it with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken wings and drizzle the oil. Use a rubber spatula to toss gently and to coat each piece.
  • Reserve about 1 - 2 tablespoon of the seasoning blend to sprinkle on the cooked wings later. This step is optional
  • Sprinkle the dry seasoning mixture and use either the rubber spatula or your hands to massage all of the chicken wings, coating evenly.
  • Add the chicken wings to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or up to one hour, depending on the size of the wings.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce with a few sticks of celery and carrots.
