Cook the tortellini according to the packaging instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet add the olive oil, on medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and saute for 1- 2 minutes while stirring. Add green beans and stir to mix. Continue cooking until the beans are cooked but still crunchy.
Add the shrimp and cook until they start turning bright pink. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and stir to combine.
Add the tortellini. Add the white wine and salt, toss well. Continue cooking for a about 2 - 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
