  • 1 lb pasta noodles pipette, elbows, rotini, or mini farfalle
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste or 1 ½ cup fresh tomatoes diced
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Noubess Poultry Seasoning Salt-Free
  • 1 teaspoon Noubess Original Hot and Spicy Sauce
  • 1 cup white onions diced
  • 1 cup sweet pepper diced
  • 2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 - 2 links of Kielbasa sausages 5 chicken sausages or hot dogs, or any other types of links or meat (organic preferred)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 ½ cups reserve pasta water or more


  • Boil pasta according to the packaging, strain, and reserve the cooking liquid.
  • In a large saucepan, add a little bit of oil and cook the sausages. Remove the cooked and browned sausages and set them aside. In the same pan, add the Noubess Hot Sauce, Noubess Seasoning, and fresh diced tomatoes. Let the mixture cook under medium heat until the tomatoes are softened and release their juices. Make sure you have enough tomato sauce for the pasta.
  • Add the onion and sweet pepper. Stir to blend.
  • Add the broccoli and stir to mix.
  • Lastly, add the noodles and keep stirring until the pasta is coated with the tomato sauce. You may want to add more olive oil and pasta water to help the stirring process. The oil and the reserve pasta liquid will help keep the noodles, veggies, and sausages moist.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.


If using tomato paste: Cook the tomato paste for 3 – 4 minutes while occasionally stirring with the oil and the spices. The paste should start to blend with the oil and spices, forming a sauce. Follow the remaining instructions.
