  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves mashed or minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a bowl and whisk together.
  • Slowly pour the olive oil and whisk vigorously until the dressing is emulsified.
