Millet with Milk is very filling and a great breakfast drink. Cooked millet, milk and spice, blended to a smooth mixture to create a healthy drink.

  • 1/4 cup cooked petit mil cooked millet
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime or lemon zest
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth liquid. Pour into glasses and enjoy.


Soak millet overnight before cooking. Cook millet with water only. Gradually add water if necessary during cooking.
