1 1/2 pounds veal (boneless lean 1 ½ tbsp Noubess Steak Seasoning Salt-Free 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 green bell pepper cut in strips 1 red bell pepper cut in strips 1 cup mushrooms, (Portobello preferred) fresh, sliced ½ tsp Noubess Hot and Spicy Mango Sauce 16 ounces tomato sauce 1 onion julienne salt to taste black pepper to taste
