Easy Roasted White and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes and white potatoes peeled and cut in quarters or cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
